A technology company is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Platform Team to lead full-stack application development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend micro-services, a strong understanding of cloud deployment, and the ability to drive team performance in a remote work environment. Location: Remote, UK
As the Engineering Manager for Flexera’s Platform Engineering team, you will drive strategy and roadmap deliveries across the full stack of our applications, solving real and challenging industry problems for our customers. You will lead a highly experienced global team of engineers building and transforming products within Flexera’s suite, with responsibilities spanning both backend and frontend development, cloud infrastructure, and modern deployment practices.

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for workload management, wellbeing, and professional growth of your team. You’ll foster an open, collaborative environment and support systems to help your engineers succeed. You will lead the Platform team, collaborating across product groups, UX Design, and Product Management, supporting engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high‑performing solutions for our customers.
