This role sits within Deloitte’s Engineering Platforms team — part of our Business Technology offering within Technology & Transformation. We design, build, and operate the cloud platforms, automation capabilities, and AI-enabling technologies that power Deloitte’s managed services and digital solutions across the firm.

As we continue to expand the capabilities of our Engineering Platforms portfolio, we are introducing a growing number of new services designed to support Deloitte practitioners across the firm. From AI enablement and cloud automation through to platform tooling, and developer self-service capabilities — our portfolio is broad, strategic, and rapidly evolving.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of introducing these new services to our internal user base across Deloitte NSE, ensuring they are launched effectively, adopted widely, and continually improved through user feedback and data-led insights.
You’ll work closely with service owners, engineering leads, and governance teams to manage the end-to-end service introduction lifecycle — from readiness assessments and communication plans, to rollout, feedback, and iterative improvement. Acting as the bridge between engineering delivery and business adoption, you’ll help ensure every new platform capability delivers measurable value and is aligned with our broader technology and transformation objectives.

We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
