Overview

This is an exciting opportunity that will sit within the firm's senior leadership team, this firm is in an impressive period of growth which, if successful, you will continue to drive in line with the firm's company values.

Our client is a thriving local firm who have undergone significant growth over the past number of years, they are incredibly well-regarded in the local market & have an impressive client portfolio that you will work closely with in this diverse role.

The Job

Working closely with the team's Director, you will be involved across the following area:

  • Delivery of all accounting & advisory services across a diverse client portfolio.
  • Provide high-value advice to clients in strategic planning meetings.
  • Act as a primary point of contact of clients, maintaining & developing excellent relationships.
  • Driving business development efforts.
  • Delivering highly personable & tailored advice in line with client goals.
  • Overseeing junior members of the team, ensuring a high quality & even distribution of work.
Candidate Criteria

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • 2-5 years' PQE working within a similar role.
  • Prior experience working in a small/medium sized firm would be particularly desirable.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills.
