Job summary

Butler Rose- Compliance, Risk & Financial Crime in London seeks an experienced Manager to join its Investments team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead regulatory due diligence and M&A activity across investments, financial planning, wealth management and pensions sectors.

You will work on due diligence reviews, regulatory workstreams, integrations, and post-deal implementation support, coordinating with senior stakeholders in a collaborative consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at Manager level within consulting, compliance, risk or regulatory change.
• Exposure to M&A transactions within financial services or similar due diligence exercises.
• Experience supporting regulatory due diligence, integration projects or regulatory workstreams.
• Strong understanding of FCA-regulated environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality project outputs.
