We’re actively seeking a talented People Experience (PX) Compliance and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Global People and Workplace Services (GPWS) team in London, UK.
As a PX Compliance and Continuous Improvement Manager you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by driving global compliance strategies and supporting improvement opportunities for the PX organization. You will fill a new individual contributor role that sits on the PX team within GPWS, reporting directly to the Director of Continuous Improvement and Compliance. This role is part of a larger effort to bring a global compliance mindset to the PX team, ensuring regulatory and compliance needs are tracked and executed proactively, while supporting initiatives to continuously improve our world‑class HR organization. You will work closely with COE leaders, knowledge management and process improvement experts, HR business partners, and other HR service delivery professionals.
