A leading media agency in London is seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to oversee the delivery of programmatic campaigns. You will manage a team of traders and analysts while also handling your own campaigns. Ideal candidates will have experience in team mentorship and a strong knowledge of DSPs. Attractive compensation includes a base salary of £43-50k plus bonus and benefits.

Join a specialist team sitting within a global media agency, conceptualised to lead on clients’ complete programmatic strategy. Taking a holistic view, fine tuning their ad-tech stack to allow for a platform which can tailor itself around their needs to devise a long term road map of their marketing objectives.
As a Programmatic Account Manager/ Programmatic Trader, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of programmatic campaigns through your team of programmatic traders & account executives.
Develop your team to be able to deliver on a range of campaign metrics, taking a mentoring role to evolve their careers.
Manage your own set of campaigns, and work with your seniors to deliver insights and analytics on campaign performance which will assist on the long term campaign objectives.
Candidates must have experience managing/ mentoring a team of programmatic traders, able to delivery against a multitude of campaign deliverables, with strong working knowledge of at least one main DSP’s e.g. DBM, The Trade Desk AppNexus, etc.
