A leading global media agency is seeking a Programmatic Manager in London. The role involves managing programmatic campaigns, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and driving innovation in digital advertising solutions. We are looking for a Programmatic Manager to join our Bacardi team at OMD EMEA. This role covers campaign management from planning to buying of programmatic buys, and you will be an integral part of instilling programmatic best practices, delivering programmatic training where needed and partnering with our client stakeholders to be their day-to-day programmatic expert. For Bacardi we manage multiple brands across markets. The key platforms are The Trade Desk and DV360. Our team is composed of international people who are very talented and aim to deliver great work. As a Programmatic Manager you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of performance media against client business objectives, from planning through to reporting. You will be expected to drive innovation in precision marketing that can improve client outcomes as well as developing processes across team operations. You will work closely with clients, internal teams and technology partners to ensure campaigns achieve client objectives and drive measurable results. This role involves leveraging data and technology to deliver targeted, efficient and impactful digital advertising solutions.

Flexible Working: we have a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days remote) to balance the needs of our people and our business. Our standard working hours are 9:30 - 17:30, with core hours 10:30 - 16:30. You may start at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
