Responsibilities
  • Successfully execute earned media strategies for Tapestry brands Coach and Kate Spade New York, with support of PR Coordinator and PR Intern.
  • Mentor and develop junior PR team members.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the media, celebrity, and influencer landscapes across the EMEAI region to identify relevant talent and cultural trends.
  • Maintain and cultivate exceptional industry contacts and relationships on behalf of Tapestry brands.
Media relations / Editorial
  • Responsible for the team’s delivery of consistent, strategically aligned media coverage via proactive placements of key products and brand messages.
  • Deliver high‑visibility editorial placements leveraging access to talent, brand executives, and exclusive assets where appropriate.
  • Ensure all press assets and brand announcements are shared with international markets and their PR agencies.
Talent
  • Responsible for end‑to‑end execution of seasonal influencer campaigns with support of partner agencies.
  • Oversee influencer and celebrity product seeding campaigns & initiatives.
  • Generate high‑visibility and culturally relevant influencer placements and celebrity dressing placements.
Events
  • Coordinate and attend brand‑hosted events including NYFW shows and activations, host/manage guests in collaboration with PR team lead.
  • Support Tapestry PR & marketing team leads with execution and amplification of brand partnerships, campaign activations and events, working cross‑functionally as needed.
  • General administration duties including but not limited to budget tracker ownership, contracting and legal admin, coverage reporting and analysis utilising Launchmetrics and Tapestry’s social media analytics platforms.
Qualifications
  • Communications experience at PR manager level in the luxury or premium fashion space.
  • Proven success in building high‑impact, influencer campaigns, generating earned media coverage and celebrity placements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive & problem‑solving attitude with a track record of driving projects forward by taking initiative and making things happen.
