The Role

Addepar is seeking a passionate and data‑driven Manager, Performance Marketing EMEA/APAC to drive our brand awareness and market expansion across the regions. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing strategist to build and implement a regional marketing strategy that fuels Addepar's continued growth. This leader will be responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for the EMEA and APAC regions. This position will drive all digital, paid, and traditional marketing for the regions, and play a key role in shaping Addepar's brand image and market presence.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and drive a data‑driven marketing strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives
  • Own the development and execution of localised marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, content, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the EMEA/APAC wealth management technology space
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales, client management, services and partner teams to understand market needs, develop effective marketing programs, and achieve shared goals
  • Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and programs, and provide data‑driven insights to optimise performance
Who You Are
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a consistent track record of success in driving growth within the financial technology or wealth management industry
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA and/or APAC marketing landscape and cultural nuances
  • Ability to translate marketing goals into measurable return on investment and contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus
