• Coordinate medical meetings, congress logistics, agendas, actions, and follow-up.
• You bring structure and service focus to cross-functional Medical Affairs operations.

This role requires:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years in Medical Affairs operations, coordination, project support, or administration.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment experience.
• Experience within a country organisation or local operating company.
• Understanding of compliance, transparency, and regulated country-level processes.
• Microsoft Office, Veeva CRM, Vault Medical, PromoMats, and procurement systems experience.
• Country Medical Affairs operations experience, including event and congress planning.
• Contract and procurement systems knowledge, including iCertis or SAP.
• Experience partnering with Finance and Procurement teams.
• Strong organisation, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Occasional business travel.
• Commercial operations experience is desirable.
