  • Optimize processes: Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency, such as the lead management process, and create new processes to meet business needs.
  • Ensure data integrity: Maintain clean and organized marketing data to support accurate reporting and analysis.
Data analysis and reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance: Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
  • Generate reports: Compile and present reports on marketing performance to management.
  • Track KPIs: Monitor and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
Strategy and execution
  • Coordinate campaign execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Contribute to strategy: Help create and implement strategic plans to achieve brand awareness and build customer loyalty.
