We deliver advice on the structuring of management incentive plans for private equity sponsors and their investee companies, on a transaction and post‑transaction basis, as well as advice to management teams, owner‑managers and founders. Our client base is a mix of private equity and other funds, private companies and individuals. Our international network results in a high proportion of cross‑border tax services.

Your key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proactive business development to win new work
• Manage the successful delivery of technically complex consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business‑driven approach
• Provide development support to junior team members through effective supervision, coaching and mentoring
• Contribute to people initiatives, including retaining and training our team

Skills and attributes for success

• ACA / CTA / Tax Inspector with full Technical Training course or Law qualification or Tax specialist qualification, or breadth of knowledge equivalent to a Tax specialist qualification
• Strong tax technical skills
• Business development skills, able to identify and convert opportunities to sell work
• Experience coaching and developing junior staff

Ideally you’ll also have

• Project management skills – plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget
• Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically
