A global investment firm is seeking an HR Manager to lead their GCP Team in Camden Town, UK. The HR Manager will align HR strategies with organizational goals and ensure compliance with local laws. The GCP Team is responsible for delivering HR generalist support to designated business lines and locations, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. The team partners closely with the business, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs e.g. Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Org Development, Policy and Risk) and Global Senior HR Business Partners to manage employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to Franklin Templeton's policies and compliance with local laws and market practices. The GCP team delivers strategic people management solutions that empower our business to grow, thrive, and succeed.
