Wave Active Limited is seeking a Manager Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance to lead the development and implementation of the companys health, safety and environmental compliance framework across UK operations, ensuring statutory obligations are met and a culture of safety is fostered.

The post holder will be the organisation's competent HSE advisor, oversee environmental compliance and monitoring, lead GDPR arrangements, and provide assurance to the SLT Team and Board that risks are

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent mandatory.
• IOSH membership desirable.
• Data protection qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilités

Manager Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

To lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Wave Active's health, safety and environmental compliance framework, ensuring the organisation meets all statutory and regulatory obligations, fostering a positive culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

The post holder will act as the organisation's competent Health & Safety advisor, oversee environmental compliance and monitoring, lead information governance and data protection arrangements, and provide assurance to the SLT Team and Board that organisational risks are effectively identified, managed and monitored.
