Job description
Overview

Interesting new role available with our valued client for a tech whizz with a background in Trust. You will design training programs and workshops to ensure that the company is using the NavOne system effectively, applying an understanding of business processes to maximise efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will also deliver training sessions, ensuring a good level of understanding for all users, and will create manuals and user guides. There will also be involvement in client management from a data perspective, ensuring systems are accurate, monitored and up to date, and you will be responsible for drafting processes in relation to general client operations. The role will involve project work, and you will assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiencies.

Responsibilities
  • Design training programs and workshops to ensure the NavOne system is used effectively, applying understanding of business processes to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Deliver training sessions and create manuals and user guides to support users.
  • Involve in client management from a data perspective; ensure systems are accurate, monitored and up to date; draft processes related to general client operations.
  • Participate in project work and assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiencies.
Qualifications
  • Previous client-facing experience, with a strong tech focus and proven experience with systems, processes and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, plus leadership, training and mentoring experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a motivated approach and dedication to client service.
