  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across GIAI to improve reporting, communication, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Use data visualisation tools to translate complex information into impactful insights that influence decision-making.
  • Champion the use of AI and language technologies to enhance automation and efficiency in reporting.
  • Ensure all governance reporting aligns with group policies, standards, and regulatory expectations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to evolve reporting frameworks, design standards, and writing quality.
  • Provide language and presentation consultancy to help colleagues communicate clearly, confidently, and with impact.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and clarity.
  • Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and visually engaging reports.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating across both strategy and execution.
  • Collaborative mindset — skilled at building relationships and influencing across teams.
  • Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in reporting, analytics, risk, audit, or governance.
  • Working knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, or AI-driven insights.
