Job summary

Gildan is seeking a Manager, Global Leadership Development to design, implement and evolve our global leadership development portfolio. You will lead programs across multiple leadership levels, align with talent strategy, and drive coaching initiatives with HR and business leaders.

You'll facilitate programs virtually and in person, stay ahead of learning trends, and partner with Succession Planning and Talent Management to strengthen leadership pipelines worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, manage, and improve global leadership development programs and learning journeys across multiple leadership levels.
  • Continuously assess leadership development trends and emerging approaches to enhance the portfolio.

The opportunity

The Manager, Global Leadership Development is responsible for the design, implementation, management and continuous evolution of Gildan’s global leadership development strategy and portfolio.

The role
  • Design, launch, manage, and continuously improve global leadership development programs and learning journeys across multiple leadership levels.
  • Continuously assess leadership development trends, best practices and emerging approaches to enhance Gildan’s leadership development portfolio.
  • Support the development and execution of Gildan's global leadership development strategy.
  • Ensure that leadership programs are aligned with Gildan’s leadership capabilities, values and talent strategy.
  • Lead enterprise coaching and mentoring initiatives and partner with HR and business leaders to identify effective leadership development solutions.
  • Facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and development experiences in virtual and in-person environments.
  • Partner with Talent Management, Succession Planning, and business leaders to strengthen leadership pipelines and succession readiness.
The Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or a related field.
  • At least 7 years' experience in a in a Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management or Learning and Development role.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs for diverse leadership populations.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership competency models, coaching, mentoring, and talent development practices.
  • Experience facilitating engaging virtual and in-person leadership development programs.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities. Highly collaborative with the ability to work across cultures and global teams. Results-oriented with a passion for developing leaders and driving organizational growth.
