A global healthcare company seeks a Data Governance Lead in Milton Keynes to oversee the governance framework across the clinical data lifecycle. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant scientific or pharmaceutical experience, excel in communication and leadership, and be responsible for advancing Clinical Data Standards solutions. A compensation range of £50,523 to £61,759 is offered according to grade UE08. This role is crucial for achieving business targets and enhancing collaboration across teams.
This position is responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of the governance framework across the clinical data lifecycle of standards development, maintenance and implementation. The role works directly with governance councils and committees (i.e., Global council, TA/DAS councils) to ensure adoption of standards, leading development of content for review, and ensuring decisions are made based on comprehensive understanding of standards and portfolio needs. This position tracks and analyzes metrics both Globally and across TAs to ensure the required level of standards use by trial teams. This position focuses primarily on Global governance.
Internal: Align, collaborate, advise, and share best practices with other functions and teams in Therapeutic Areas, Global Development, Regulatory Affairs, Data Sciences, Clinical Data Standards and others as needed. External: Interact and collaborate with vendors. Act as J&J representative for defining process standards and sharing best practices with industry counterparts and working groups, as required.
