A leading online travel tech company is seeking a Flexibility Products Manager in London. You will manage a portfolio of flexibility-related products and drive commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in product management within digital companies, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of airline fare structures. As a Flexibility Products Manager, you will be exposed to the international Digital Insurance and Fintech added-value services ecosystem within a fast-paced, data-driven technology organization.
Your main responsibilities will be to own and evolve a portfolio of flexibility-related products (such as ticket change products and cancellation options), drive commercial outcomes and customer value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. You will lead product discovery, manage delivery roadmaps, monitor product performance, and shape our go-to-market strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong product mindset, a deep understanding of airline fare structures and booking systems, and a passion for solving real user problems with scalable solutions. The ideal candidate must have a 360° view combining travel and fintech understanding, a problem‑solving attitude, and a customer‑first approach, while being up to date with regulatory trends and best practices.
