RÖDL UK is seeking a proactive Transaction Services FDD professional to join our London team. You will support UK national and cross-border transactions, prepare detailed financial analyses, and deliver due diligence reports for clients on buy-side and sell-side projects.

The role requires ACA qualification or equivalent, 3–4+ years of UK market FDD experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with emerging AI tools.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified or equivalent qualification.
• 3-4+ years of TS Financial Due Diligence experience in the UK market.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to join a growing team delivering buy-side and sell-side FDD engagements.
• Passionate about mid-cap transactions, UK and cross-border deals.
• Critical thinker with commercial awareness and a personable teamwork approach.
• Highly competent in Excel and PowerPoint, with emerging AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent, proactive and results-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Support on UK national and cross-border transactions on buy-side and sell-side projects.
• Prepare and oversee Excel data books for financial analysis.
• Prepare financial due diligence reports and vendor due diligence reports with clear analysis.
• Assist interactions with clients and target senior management.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (tax, legal, data analytics, overseas teams).
• Demonstrate innovation and commercial awareness to improve go-to-market and delivery.
