Job summary

Vantage Data Centers UK Management Company Ltd in Newport is seeking a Site Operations Facilities Project & Scheduling Manager to plan and schedule maintenance and projects across the campus. You will act as the key contact for Customer Engagement and Delivery teams to ensure quality execution and transparent communication of activities.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance planning, strong CMMS experience (ServiceNow), and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management or equivalent with 3+ years’ experience.
• Experience with CMMS programs (e.g., Service Now) a plus.
• Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities, HVAC, and electrical.
• Ability to develop long-term strategic maintenance plans and forecasts.
• Ability to communicate with internal customers, external parties, and address any issues.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in facility management within the operations sector.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.

The role plays a key part in ensuring the delivery of Vantage services at siteEssential Job FunctionsPartnering with onsite and central teams, the FPS is responsible for the planning and delivery of all campus maintenance and projects supporting critical infrastructure and customersAct as the key contact for Customer Engagement and Delivery teams to ensure the quality execution of projects and the transparent communication of relevant maintenance activitiesLead the campus in the application of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) asset related data and changesWork with all stakeholders to ensure the appropriate prioritization and communication of all campus planned activities.Key Responsibilities / DutiesManage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Centre Operations teams and vendors. Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of resources and parts needed to perform maintenance activities.Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource levelling by utilizing the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program.Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and preventative maintenance schedules.Manage and prioritize a portfolio of projects at a multiple building data centre site.
