About The Team

The Sales Solutions Team serves as a strategic overlay to client, agency sales, and account management teams, specializing in client technology integrations, audience-driven media strategies, and programmatic media sales spanning client direct, agency, and reseller/aggregator business segments. The Emerging Business sales team is responsible for activating, fulfilling, and accelerating programmatic demand from our Emerging Business segment, made up of advertisers/agencies not covered by our Direct sales team. The team works closely with DSPs and local resellers, driving proactive outbound sales efforts through scalable strategies and automated solutions.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and hands-on Sales Solutions Manager to build, lead, and inspire our new Emerging Business Sales team for EMEA. This leader will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a team of specialists who serve our five core EU markets, each requiring local language expertise. As a foundational member of this new business unit, you will set the strategic direction for the Emerging Business segment, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional commercial results.

You will own the end-to-end team management process and drive the development and execution of scalable sales strategies, resource creation, and processes to ensure we drive growth in this business segment. This role requires deep expertise in ad tech, programmatic sales, quota management, and automation, alongside a proven track record of leading high-performing, multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years’ experience in digital advertising, adtech, or programmatic sales, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing sales teams in multicultural and multilingual environments.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising clients needs especially in CTV environments, quota management, automation, and account-based marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs, programmatic buying, and the latest adtech platforms.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and scaling new business units.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages strongly preferred.
