You will play a crucial role in business origination, including preparing pitches and presentations, and attending client meetings to help secure engagements. You will work in a transaction environment, operating under tight M&A timeframes and demands, and be familiar with working in a large-scale consulting environment or industry role. Leveraging your prior technology sector knowledge, you will work on projects across operational and technical due diligence, post‑deal integration and separation, technology transformation and AI.

  • Develop experience across a range of engagements including operational and technical due diligence for transactions and managing post-deal integration and separation processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of latest industry trends such as fibre network architecture, data centre design, OSS/BSS transformations, agentic AI, GPUaaS.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as OpenAPIs, connectivity protocols, wholesale pricing, competition dynamics, spectrum allocations, infrastructure build requirements etc.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data related to technology transactions.
  • Lead blended project teams comprising colleagues from our transactions and advisory practices as well as leading meetings with senior client stakeholders to advise, shape and drive the strategy and planning for integration, carve‑out / separation and operational restructuring.
  • Contribute to management of each engagement, including commercials and risk.
  • Be familiar working in a large-scale consulting environment or industry role where you can demonstrate the ability to perform and summarise analysis into management insights and recommended actions at pace.
  • Drive innovation and transformational change within companies to unlock new sources of value.
  • You would act as a role model and support development of junior team members, coupled with the recruitment and training responsibilities.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Proven experience and ability to communicate with clarity and impact to senior stakeholders. This may be demonstrable through leading large projects with senior visibility, success at presenting technical topics to non‑technical audiences or speaking at events.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with company management teams and other stakeholders to align on value creation objectives and strategies.
  • Strong written skills and experience of producing and reviewing high calibre reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership.
  • A track record of successful project delivery in corporate businesses where you are responsible for managing project team members and vendors.
