Job summary

A leading company in finance based in the United Kingdom is looking for a finance manager to oversee banking activities, reconcile financial ledgers, and prepare comprehensive financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting. This role offers the opportunity to lead the finance department and interact with multiple business units.

  • Managing Banking Activities.
  • Reconcile Bank Ledger with ledger of Accounts Dept.
  • Reconcile party ledger.
  • To monitor company accounts, cash and bank transaction.
  • To prepare receipts and payment statements, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, financial statements etc.
  • To prepare the costing & budgeting of products.
  • To analyze manufacturing variance accounts each month and prepares reports.
  • To analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing budget. Costs to actual production costs.
  • Strictly maintain Accounts Payable & Receivable.
  • Ensure timely accurate data entry in accounting software.
  • Daily banking with Company`s various bank account.
  • Assist Head of Accounts & support as and when required.
  • Implement procedures for custody and control of fixed assets by maintaining records in register and verifying physical stock.
  • Analysis and interpretation of financial statements in compliance of financial analysis (ratio analysis), tax file analysis and credit risk analysis, sensitivity analysis, economic and trade policy of local and foreign.
  • Lead and support the annual budgeting process and monitor budget keeping
  • Monitor invoicing and payments by customers.
  • Monitor payments of the Company to principals and suppliers.
  • Track and forecast project costs in alignment with the detailed cost elements, budgeting for project finance.
  • Leading accounts and finance department and interacting among team for preparing project proposal, feasibility study and business plan.
  • Prepares charts and diagrams showing prior, current and projected revenues and expenditures to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation.
  • Generating all financial MIS for business units & regulators.
