Job Description
Manager, Data Planning

Marketing Consultancy | London | Hybrid Working | Up to £90,000 + Bonus

Four years ago, a group of marketing leaders came together with a shared belief: that the old agency model no longer served ambitious brands. They set out to build something different, a challenger consultancy designed for marketers who do not want business as usual. Today, that vision has taken shape as a global team helping brands across North America, Europe, and beyond to cut through complexity, beat incumbents, and achieve outsized growth through smarter, bolder strategies.

This consultancy thrives on momentum. It is lean, modern, and fast growing, but grounded in a clear purpose to redefine how marketing performance is powered by data, creativity, and challenger thinking. Every project is an opportunity to disrupt category conventions and drive meaningful change for clients ready to do things differently.

Now, as the consultancy enters its next phase of growth, they are looking for a Manager, Data Planning to join their Media and Data team in London. This role is pivotal, an opportunity to shape how data drives decision making, media performance, and marketing effectiveness for a new of ambitious brands.

You will sit at the intersection of media, analytics, and technology, translating business challenges into actionable data strategies that unlock real commercial impact. You will design measurement frameworks that make sense of complexity, ensure data flows seamlessly across systems and channels, and bring structure and vision to how clients use data to drive growth. It is a hands‑on and consultative role in equal measure, one where you will mentor junior planners, challenge client assumptions, and partner closely with senior leadership to raise the bar for data strategy across the agency.

The ideal candidate combines strategic clarity with technical depth. You will bring experience in data strategy and analytics, ideally from an agency or consultancy environment, alongside a strong understanding of how data informs brand strategy, creative decisioning, and paid media investment across digital and offline channels. You will know your way around modern marketing technologies including CDPs, DSPs, and automation tools, and be confident translating complex insights into simple, compelling stories that shape senior‑level decisions. Above all, you will think like a challenger, entrepreneurial, curious, and unafraid to get stuck in.

In return, you will join a consultancy that is built differently. You will work directly with founders and creative leaders, contribute to global strategy, and help define how a new kind of agency grows. With a competitive base salary, twice‑yearly profit share, and the chance to share in long‑term success through a unique employee liquidity plan, this is a role that rewards excellence with genuine upside.

If you are excited by the idea of helping shape the future of modern marketing, bringing sharper data thinking to bold brands, this could be your next chapter.
