This is an opportunity to join the Consumer Lending (CL) Chief Controls Office, where you will help shape how our business manages their risk and controls.
We’re at a pivotal moment, making this an ideal time to join our team. We have implemented a new operating model for non-financial risk management across Lloyds Banking Group, empowering our people to take end-to-end accountability for leading the risks they face. This transformation is reshaping our approach to risk and control management. We are building a team of control and data specialists to support risk and control owners to deliver great customer outcomes.
Our colleagues are valued and supported to become experts in what they do and grow their careers. We want colleagues to feel connected to our Group strategy and how their role fits into it.
This Manager’s role within our Chief Controls Office is focussed on driving risk reduction and control improvements. You will deliver data-led insights by identifying important trends in risk exposure and control deficiency. Using root cause analysis you will address underlying issues, optimise our risk and control environment, and embed best practice. A desire to grow, focus and change is critical to success in the role.
We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team, with a focus on control assurance and identifying patterns in risk and control issues to drive process excellence across Consumer Lending. This role is pivotal in supporting the Group’s risk strategy and delivering change through data-driven insights and automation.
If you think all banks are the same, you’d be wrong. We’re an innovative, fast-changing business that’s shaping finance as a force for good. A bank that’s empowering its people to innovate, explore possibilities, and grow with purpose.
Our focus is to ensure we’re inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms. We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture. We were one of the first major organisations to set goals for diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative. And it’s why we especially welcome applications from under-represented groups.
We’re disability confident. So, if you’d like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know.
