Job description

The Data Sharing Manager serves as a subject matter expert in clinical data sharing, operating independently to manage and oversee the end-to-end process of internal and external data sharing requests. This role ensures strict adherence to J&J Privacy requirements and established procedures, supporting the organization's commitment to Clinical Data Transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all internal and external data sharing requests from initial receipt through to final delivery, ensuring compliance with privacy standards and procedural requirements.
• Supervising vendors responsible for data anonymization and synthetization, from assignment of work to acceptance of deliverables, prioritizing tasks to meet required timelines and quality standards.
• Act as the primary J&J contact for all YODA Project Requests, securing necessary clinical team approvals and ensuring alignment with J&J's policies and commitments.
• Providing guidance and support to external research teams utilizing J&J clinical study data to facilitate effective and compliant data use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technology, or healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/scientific fields such as biostatistics or clinical programming.
