The Sites and Civils team is responsible for ensuring our SMR technology can be successfully deployed across a range of customer sites and operating environments. Working at the forefront of civil engineering, design integration and nuclear infrastructure development, the team plays a critical role in translating our standard plant design into site‑specific solutions for customers around the world.
We are looking for a Manager - Civil & Structural to support the Head of Sites and Civils and lead the development of civil and structural engineering solutions for our first Vattenfall site‑specific project.
Managing a growing team of approximately 10-15 engineers, secondees and supply chain partners, this is a significant leadership opportunity that will help shape the successful delivery of one of the most important programmes within Rolls‑Royce SMR.
This is a high‑profile leadership position at the heart of a first‑of‑a‑kind deployment programme. You'll combine engineering excellence, commercial awareness and inspirational leadership to help deliver a transformational clean energy project while developing the next generation of engineering talent.
We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Whilst location is flexible, regular travel to Rolls‑Royce SMR offices, customer locations and partner sites will be required to support programme delivery.
