A leading global marketing firm in the UK is seeking a Manager of Business Transformation to focus on high-quality project delivery and develop client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of consulting experience and strong analytical skills. The role involves leveraging innovative technology solutions to drive customer-led growth and operational efficiency in a hybrid work environment.
As a Manager, Business Transformation you will be self-starter with developing experience across strategy, transformation, and change. You will be eager to take on a wider range of responsibilities and aspire to be an advisor to business leaders. You will have strong analytical, research and presentation development skills (both written and spoken) and a highly proactive attitude. This position will provide an ambitious, team player the opportunity to develop within a cutting-edge area of consulting.
Identify opportunities, collaborate with data and technology teams to translate and advise on how AI can enable business transformation, improve customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
Stay informed on emerging trends an innovative technology and their implications for business models, ensuring recommendations are future-facing.
Understanding of innovative technology concepts and applications in business context, and the ability to articulate the value of solutions to senior stakeholders and integrate into transformation roadmaps.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to align innovation initiatives with strategic objectives.
