As a Manager in our Business Process Optimisation (BPO) team, you'll play a key role in capturing and mapping business processes across Cooper Parry. Working closely with Senior Managers and stakeholders, you'll lead the discovery and documentation of current processes and help define future‑state workflows.
This role is initially offered on a fixed‑term contract basis.
Your focus will be on enabling clarity and alignment across teams, ensuring that process insights are well understood and actionable. While you won’t be responsible for delivering solutions, your work will provide the foundation for informed decision‑making and successful implementation by others.
You'll bring strong analytical skills, experience in stakeholder engagement, and a structured approach to process improvement, supporting activities such as:
