Job summary

Deloitte’s AI Delivery Lead role sits within the Business Technology group, working across AI-enabled programmes in the UK. You will provide structure, governance and leadership across delivery teams, ensuring progress is visible, risks are managed and outcomes achieved.

You will lead multidisciplinary squads, build relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, and shape delivery processes using AI-assisted tools to improve governance and delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven years of experience working as a delivery lead or scrum master in software engineering teams.
• Product development experience as part of a multidisciplinary product engineering team.
• Track record of co-developing and improving delivery processes with a business team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Demonstrable track record of leading technology delivery within complex business environments.
• Experience of Product and/or Professional Services organisations.
• Working understanding of AI powered product development and leveraging new technologies.

The AI Deliver Lead roles is part of our Products and Engineering group, alongside product managers, AI engineers, technology strategists and technical architects. We bring the right product and technology expertise to each of the concepts we work with. As an AI Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across software engineering and AI-enabled initiatives. You will provide structure, governance and leadership across delivery teams while maintaining visibility of progress, risks and outcomes.

As an AI Delivery Lead, you will:
