Manager - Adults Day Centre

Responsibilities

• To deliver a service that is fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements in accordance with the Care Act 2014
• To develop a robust, knowledgeable, skilled staff team and provide them with leadership and management to ensure they work effectively to support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs
• Ensure provision of high-quality care, support and supervision to service users' health needs and complex behaviours using the service
• Work collaboratively, in partnership with key stakeholders, including Social Workers, Health, Housing and Commissioning to ensure a robust referral process and plan for new adults referred to the service is achieve.
• To ensure systems are in place for evidencing good practice and ensuring continuous review and development to better meet the needs of adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs.
