Job description

Responsibilities

• Act as key relationship and first point of contact for the clients
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and other relevant standards
• Manage the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting services across multiple client engagements
• Lead and mentor a team of associates and senior associates, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and compliance teams to ensure integrated service delivery
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best practices across the accounting function
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls
