About the Team

About the Role

As a Manager on the In Account Development team, you will be responsible for building a new engine of growth for this line of businesses. You will be responsible for hiring, training and building the class of Account Development sellers, driving the MRR expansion and growth across our growing partner base. You do this by building an inclusive and motivating work environment, establishing clear KPI and metrics for performance and working with our S&O and Product partners to build the optimal customer experience. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Account Development - In Store and will lead team members in key strategic markets in EMEA. This role will be remote but will require travel to your key markets for both organization and restaurant sales support as needed.

  • See around corners for the team. Whether planning for the next quarter, for the next year with new products, or for several years down with new organizations, this role will be responsible for building and scaling our In Store Account Development team into the future.
