Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings, champion solutions, and build consensus as the OCM solutions move through various forums to gain approval and acceptance.
- Execute across all organizational change management phases of a program/project lifecycle, from discovery to sustainability.
- Create and/or lead stakeholder change impact assessments.
- Create compelling "case for change" and engaging transformation narrative.
- Design and coordinate groups of change champions in a change network.
- Develop and/or lead the development of comprehensive change plans and outline detailed change activities to maximize user adoption and minimize business disruption.
- Establish and sustain close working relationships with the program and project teams for close alignment of plans and collaboration on OCM content.
- Create change management and communication content to be used in execution of change plans.
- Establish and communicate program/project status to stakeholders and sponsor(s) via formal status reports.
- Manage OCM risks, issues and escalations within the customer account.
- Monitor program/projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Extensive hands‑on experience driving organizational change, strategic communications and managing teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience involving OCM, Management Consulting and corporate experience.
- Expertise in program/project management discipline, tools/techniques and Program/project Delivery Process.
- Prosci or ACMP certification in organizational change management is mandatory.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams and interact with all levels (horizontal and vertical).
- Able to function as a "utility player" in executing overall program/project, including requirements gathering, process mapping, governance, procedures, and common templates.
- Able to communicate and collaborate with internal customers and technical project teams to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver program/project artifacts as needed.
- High level of personal and professional integrity - able to build solid level of rapport and trust with all levels of client team.
- High consultative skillset, able to design/adjust solutions with clients, teams and partners.
- Highly independent and flexible in work tasks, willing to step in/step up as needed to ensure program/project delivers successfully.
- Ability to work in highly collaborative environment with HCLTech teams, client team and various vendor teams.
- Organized with excellent skills in MS Office (excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, PowerBI) as well as photo and video editing tools.
