Excellent time management and communication skills are essential. This position provides flexibility, and opportunities for professional development are available in a supportive environment.
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow? Our Administration & Clerical (A&C) Team within the Therapeutic Services Department at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking a proactive, enthusiastic individual to join us in delivering exceptional management support to our Therapies Outpatient Department.
As a key member of our team, you’ll play a central role in the smooth running of our outpatient services—delivering essential Business Support that underpins effective Operational Delivery. The successful candidate must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication, prioritisation and administration skills whilst demonstrating your knowledge of IT systems.
You will also be able to evidence working flexibly and have experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative, with minimal supervision.
You are required to offer a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment that provides a responsive administration service to both the administrative and clinical teams within Therapeutic Services.
