Enterprise Mobility is offering a one-year Management Placement Programme based in Aberdeen. As an Intern, you’ll gain real responsibilities across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with mentorship and structured development to fast-track your career.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students are eligible; selection based on demonstrated competencies.
• Full UK or EU driving licence required (accommodations for disability).
• No drug or alcohol related offences on driving record in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• You will deliver excellent customer service by handling reservations, inquiries and building rapport.
• You will connect with local business partners, grow your network and build relationships.
• You will understand financial mechanics including cost control and profitability analysis.
• You will learn fleet management, planning and performance improvement across operations and logistics.
• You may mentor and develop teammates as you progress into leadership roles.
