Hybrid working arrangements may vary across teams depending on the nature of the role.**THE TEAM**This role will report to the Director of Performance Management in the Group Finance team and work closely with multiple teams across the business, including Group Finance, Commercial Finance and Treasury.**THE ROLE*** Sitting at the centre of Group Finance, this role connects teams across the business to deliver a clear and consistent view of Landsec’s performance. This position is responsible for delivering insightful monthly reporting, turning financial and operational data into meaningful analysis that supports decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.* Reporting to the Director of Performance Management, you will own the preparation of financial and operational reporting for the Group Board pack, partnering closely with Group Finance, Commercial Finance and Treasury teams. You'll ensure stakeholders are aligned on key messages and deliverables, while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and enhance reporting through better use of systems and processes.* We're looking for someone who is naturally collaborative, highly driven and passionate about continuous improvement.
