Job summary

SetSales in London invites driven graduates to join its 6-month Internship Program. You’ll work in a fast-growing entrepreneurial team, taking ownership of high-impact projects and gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, speaker management, marketing, and data analysis.

Starting January 2024, this paid internship offers autonomy, exposure to C-level leadership, and a chance to prove yourself in a dynamic environment next to Victoria Station.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree student with outstanding results.
• Experience from part-time work or extracurricular activities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment from candidate sourcing to initial conversations.
• Assist with speaker booking and relationship management with speakers.
• Contribute to marketing and social media content strategy and execution.
• Perform data analysis and communicate insights clearly.

Your responsibilities

You’ll be part of building and scaling companies, which, depending on the role you’ll take, could entail responsibilities such as:

• Supporting our recruitment function covering everything from candidate sourcing to speaking with potential candidates
• Being part of speaker booking which means building and maintaining valuable relationships with our speakers
• Working on marketing and SoMe content creation by developing, implementing and managing social media and marketing strategy
• Data analysis; extracting the correct data for analysis, and ability to interpret and relay the data.
