Job summary

Accenture plc in London is seeking a Management Consulting Manager to lead industrial client engagements, shaping problem framing and delivery across multiple workstreams. You will coach teams and collaborate with clients to implement strategic recommendations and innovations.

The role requires strong client-facing experience, a solid academic background, and a passion for industrial sectors, technology, AI, and growth through reinvention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential
• Significant client-facing management consulting experience in Aerospace and Defence clients

Responsibilities

• Lead focused project teams across a range of Industrial clients & problems
• Take ownership of framing the problem, structuring the analysis approach, and lead the execution
• Oversee multiple workstreams as part of a broader project
• Coach and develop members of the team to deliver excellence
• Structure and communicate outcomes to client management teams
• Work alongside client teams to help them implement the recommendations to deliver value
• Help develop and refine offerings and generate collateral to support sales and origination activities
• Lead client innovation and requirements workshops and use a human-centred approach to solve problems and achieve innovation through collaboration and co-creation

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential
• Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areasis key–Supply Chain, OperationalImprovement, Manufacturing,Quality Management,Sourcing andProcurement, Digital Engineering, ComplexProgrammeDelivery, Services.
• Exceptional creative problem solving and analytical skills
• Team leadership and coaching experience
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Fluency in English
• A passion for the growth of the Industrial sector, with technology, AI and innovation.
