Accenture is seeking a Management Consulting Manager in Capital Markets to lead complex engagements across Corporate Banking, including Lending, Trade Finance and Payments transformations, partnering with major banks and cross-functional teams worldwide.

The role is based in London with up to 100% mobility; you will translate regulatory and business needs into operating models and technology solutions, lead and develop consulting teams, and contribute to sales and practice development while

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in consulting or Corporate Banking transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Banking products, operating models, and credit lifecycle.
• Experience delivering regulatory change, platform modernisation, or operational efficiency initiatives.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, and quality assurance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will collaborate with colleagues from across Accenture in Technology, Operations and other parts of our Financial Services business to bring industry leading solutions to the largest banks and capital markets industry organisations globally.
