A specialized consulting firm is looking for experienced Operational Excellence Management Consultants to join their team. You will be responsible for developing and executing change programs across diverse sectors, driving business initiatives, and fostering a culture of empowerment. The ideal candidate should have leadership experience and expertise in Lean or Continuous Improvement. The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - c£70,000 plus bonuses, with the flexibility to work anywhere in the UK while being prepared for travel as needed.
Our client is seeking experienced Lean, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence Management Consultants to play a key role in the next phase of the business’s growth. You will work across a wide range of sectors including automotive, aerospace & defence, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, rail, energy and utilities.

Base salary £50,000 - c£70,000 + bonus and benefits package
