Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Management Consultant – Sustainability in Manchester to lead client engagements and shape sustainability strategies. You will help clients navigate climate risks and opportunities, driving resilience across operations and transformation programs.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, with experience in ESG and climate risk consulting, and the ability to deliver measurable business value across sectors.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Climate Science or related disciplines.
• Experience in sustainability, climate risk, resilience, ESG, or operational resilience consulting.
• Understanding of climate adaptation and physical climate risks.
• Familiarity with climate risk and resilience across sectors like Energy and Financial Services.
• Experience in managing complex consulting engagements and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and understand the financial aspects of client delivery.
• Experience with climate risk modeling, resilience planning, or adaptation programs.
• Knowledge of business continuity, operational resilience, or disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with climate-related reporting frameworks such as TCFD and ISO 14091.
• Experience in sectors like government, financial services, utilities, or healthcare.
• Understanding of Sustainable IT and related principles.

Responsibilities
