Duration: Until 19th December 2025 (initially) – strong potential for extension in the New Year

The Opportunity

We are working with a leading consulting business supporting a major transformation programme within a global client. We’re looking for Consultant (or strong Analyst ready to step up) to play a pivotal role supporting both the client’s executive sponsor and the consulting firm’s change lead.

Someone who can work with senior stakeholder downloading content and building material with it.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating across business and consulting environments, shaping communication materials, and helping to land complex change initiatives within a high-profile programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support both the end-client executive and consulting change lead in delivering programme communications and change activities.
  • Create and refine materials, presentations, and narratives that articulate programme progress, outcomes, and stakeholder messaging.
  • Coordinate inputs across multiple stakeholders and workstreams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
  • Provide analytical and organisational support to help structure programme reporting and storytelling.
  • Contribute to the broader change and transformation effort — helping the team take ideas from concept to delivery.
Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in a consulting or change/transformation environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and visual.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple leaders.
  • A good understanding of Global Business Services (GBS) or large-scale transformation programmes would be advantageous.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
