Job summary

Retail Insights, based in London, is seeking a Management Associate to lead the growth and strategic direction of the company’s flagship conference and brand.

You will recruit and develop a world-class team, set ambitious goals, and drive rapid execution while expanding business with existing clients and new opportunities across Europe and beyond.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong leadership, and excellent communication; UK/EU/US work permits are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results.
• 4+ years’ experience in fast-paced environments (consulting, banking, corporate or start-up).
• Strong commercial awareness and business drive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• UK, EU or US work permit.

The Opportunity

As a Management Associate, you will run, grow and manage all aspects of Retail Insights. You will be responsible for building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of the conference and strategy of the brand.

Requirement

• +4 years’ experience from an institution with high speed and work ethic e.g. management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate or start-up.
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, maybe followed by an MBA
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record delivering results.
