We are looking for someone to join our relatively new but dynamic People and Development Services Portfolio. In this role you will be providing essential administrative and operational support to members of the Senior Leadership team by managing calendars, communicating with internal and external partners, scheduling meetings and conferences as well as pulling together agendas, collating papers, taking minutes and cascading information as required.

Educated to QCF Level 2 (3-5 passes including English and Mathematics) OR work experience deemed to have brought the post holder to a comparable level.
RSA II in Typing/Word Processing
Extensive secretarial or administrative experience in a office environment
Substantial experience of typing/word processing and proficient in document layout
Computer literate - experienced in the production and use of Microsoft Office software - Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams
