Location: SHQ Eastleigh

Salary: Scale 4 - £26,106 - £28,653 per annump>

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Closing date: Monday 17th November 2025 at 23.59 hours

Are you a highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys using your own initiative and is to build good relationships with colleagues across a number of departments and external partners? If so this could be the ideal job you.

We are looking to our relatively but dynamic People and Development Services Portfolio. In this role you will be providing essential administrative and operational support members of the Senior Leadership team by managing calendars, communicating with internal and external partners, scheduling meetings and conferences as well as pulling together agendas, collating papers, taking minutes and cascading information as required.

Essential Qualifications
  • Educated to QCF Level 2 (3-5 passes including English and Mathematics) OR work experience deemed to have brought the post holder to a comparable level.
  • RSA II in Typing/Word Processing
Essential Experience
  • Extensive secretarial or administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Substantial experience of typing/word processing and proficient in document layout.
  • Computer literate – experienced in the production and use of Microsoft Office software – Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams.
