Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) invites applications for a Senior Management Accounts Assistant to support the R&I finance team. The role focuses on monthly reporting, budgeting, and providing timely financial information to enable effective decision making.

You will contribute to project costings, financial returns, and training of budget holders and staff, within a collaborative, patient-centered environment at Manchester's Oxford Road Campus.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or AAT Technician Level or equivalent.
• Professional qualification to certificate level.
• Knowledge of NHS finance and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in comprehensive monthly reporting of the R&I financial position.
• Assist in setting R&I revenue budgets.
• Provide financial support to R&I projects.
• Assist in training budget holders in budgetary management and control.
• Assist in training and development of the R&I Finance Team.
