Ballards LLP are an award-winning firm of chartered accountants, with offices in Worcester, Droitwich, and Birmingham. With a modern approach to accountancy and a passion for providing excellent client service, Ballards LLP provides a wide range of accountancy services across a variety of sectors.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accounts Associate to join our growing Outsourced Accounts team. In this role, you will assist in managing the day-to-day accounting and finance needs for a variety of clients, helping to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

About the role:
  • Accurate weekly/monthly data entry to support real-time accounting
  • Supporting the preparation of management accounts
  • Balancing and maintaining ledgers with precision
  • Processing monthly financial data in a timely and organised manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless service
  • Investigating and following up on client information in line with Service Level Agreements
  • Identifying and escalating any discrepancies or anomalies in financial data
  • Maintaining consistent communication with clients to meet record-keeping deadlines
  • Ensuring all software entries are accurate and well-documented
  • Attending college regularly and engaging fully with your study programme
About you:

You’ll be an enthusiastic and committed individual who is keen to continue to develop a career in accountancy. You should have a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills.

  • Has achieved AAT Level 2 or 3
