Job summary

Teleperformance in Bristol is seeking a Management Accounts Assistant to join the Financial Control team on a permanent, hybrid basis (2-3 days in office).

You will assist with intercompany accounting, capital expenditure, and month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reports. The role requires an accounting qualification or current study and strong Excel and ERP skills, with SAP or Dynamics experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Qualified or currently pursuing an accounting qualification.
• Recent and relevant finance experience.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems experience (Dynamics or SAP).

Responsibilities

• Invoice approvals at AP level with focus on capex and intercompany invoices.
• Support the Finance Team with cashflow forecasting.
• Month-end close activities: accruals, provisions, reconciliations, cost allocations.
• Develop understanding of intercompany transactions to support shared services.
• Reporting: VAT prep, monthly group reporting, quarterly intercompany reporting.
